On May 22, 2020, Hertz Global Holdings Inc. (“Hertz,” “Company”) and some of its U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11. Hertz is a market leader in the car rental business with 100+ years of business legacy.
