Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end – to – end recruitment & selection processes for mid management positions with good negotiation skills.
- Follow the defined process of hiring qualified job applicants for open positions within stipulated period and match targets & deadlines.
- Design and update job description.
- Source potential candidates from various channels (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM jobs, internal references etc.)
- Regular updating open positions on website. Advertise for vacancies on professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com and other job portals.
- Assess resumes, Pre-screening shortlisted candidates and select the suitable candidates for technical interviews. Coordinate interview process with technical team, and document feedback.
- Complete reference and background check for new joinees.
- Ensure that the candidate joins on time, and do on-boarding in consultation with the Reporting Manager
- Creating company brand and awareness on networking sites.
- Update employee personal record in system and enable HR portal access.
- Maintain hiring tracker
- Generating weekly MIS report pertaining to recruitment.
- Maintaining database for recruitment position wise
- Follow up regularly with selected candidates.
- Postgraduate in HR; from premier institutes would be preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience.
- Ability to work independently and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably having worked in BFSI industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems.
- Strong team player

- Knowledge of best HR practices and applicable laws
