Pre-deal stage
The pre-deal stage support is aimed to offer effective screening of most viable growth opportunities (10x-50x opportunities), and acquire them at reasonable valuations, early on. The support includes a) shortlisting most viable opportunities among thousands of inbound proposals that you receive daily, b) preparing a summary of shortlisted opportunities for initial review of the senior analysts, and c) doing due diligence, industry screening, peer-benchmarking, and arriving at a reasonable valuation range.
Post-deal stage
The post-deal stage is equally important for the PE/VC firms, as the returns are subject to the performance of these portfolio companies. The post-deal support includes, i) measuring and monitoring the business and financial performance of companies across the KPIs and budgeted numbers, ii) analysing exit opportunities early on to fetch the maximum valuation upside.
